Reservation and Cancellation Policies

• Early Check-in or Late check-out is subject to availability and may be chargeable by the hotel directly.
• Check-in time & check-out time is 12 noon.  
• If Cancelled before 10 days 80% refund, Between 10 to 5 days 50% refund, less than 5 days No Show or No Refund.
• It is mandatory for guest to present valid photo identification where it appears that a customer has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity or under other circumstance  where it appears that the reservation contain or resulted from a mistake or error
